Our Work – Nova Product Design

Nova Product Design has over 20 years of experience in Product Development, most of which falls in the Medical Device category. Our design experience also includes Lab Instrumentation, Industrial and Commercial Products, Consumer Products, and various projects for the Military. We have found guiding Startups and young Engineers through development processes and manufacturing challenges is both fun and rewarding.

We recently entered into a consulting partnership with Onshape, a new and exciting Full Cloud CAD Solution that we are currently using as a design tool. Onshape allows us to do relevant CAD work on a MacBook, iPad Pro, or even a phone, it will support any device with a browser. Follow our blog in the future for additional information.

We also utilize SolidWorks Premium 2014 – 2016, depending on client requirements, which we have surpassed well over 40,000 hours of usage in SolidWorks since 1996.
Nova Product Design uses MasterCam X9 for developing surfaces and solids used for machining. We found that being able to translate files directly to manufacturing vendors in the software which they use can save a lot of time and money.
